General Terms and Conditions
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT IMPACT YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY.
Our company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. We reassure you that we take your privacy seriously and we only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us or for any relevant purpose for the procedure of the service we have been provided by us.
The renter is responsible for any parking or speeding company.
Booking cancellation before 5 days prior to pick-up, includes a full refund of the booking amount (advance payment or full amount) from AutoRhodes within approximately 5 working days to the same card that was used to pay the amount.
Cancellation within 5 days before the pick-up time, means that AutoRhodes does not refund the deposit amount.
In the event that there is no cancellation, and the driver does not collect the vehicle on the date and time agreed upon, the deposit will not be refunded, and the reservation will be cancelled
Minimum rental age is 21 years. The maximum Rental age is 79 years.
Any accidents off road are not covered by the insurance and the renter will be held responsible for the full damage. If you break down off road the renter is responsible to pay the road assistance company.
Is paid by the renter, and must be returned on check-out with the same level of fuel from check-in, or you will be charged.
A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.
